The Linnie Hawkins Suite at The Evanston Suites (Suite #1)

Built in 1905 and lovingly restored + updated, The Linnie Hawkins Suite on the second floor ofThe Evanston is a centrally-located stay in downtown Hot Springs, with just a 10-15 minute walkto the VA hospital and veterans home, pluscoffee, restaurants, Evans Plunge, and more also a few minutes walk away.

This suite is especially designed for traveling professionals, and requires a 28+ night minimum stay. (No sales or lodging taxes on 28+ night stays!). It is a studio-style apartment, with the bedroom connectedto the main living area. It is limited to one guest.

The kitchen is well-stocked with sharp knives + cutting boards, multiple coffee options, quality cookware, utensils, and more.

You can relax in the living room with our comfy sofa and 43" Roku TV, where you can sign in to your own streaming services using our fast wifi.

Just down the hall outside your suite, you'll find a complimentary shared laundry room.

Located on the southern edge of the Black Hills, Hot Springs is one of the most charming towns you might not have heard of! Our historic sandstone buildings are home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other businesses. Kids enjoy Evans Plunge, an indoor/outdoor hot springs pool with slides and more. Adults can relax at the 18+ hot springs spa, Moccasin Springs. Both are an easy walk from The Evanston Suites. Wind Cave National Park and the Mammoth site are both less than a 10-minute drive from The Evanston. In 30-60 minutes, you can be at Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Rapid City, Angostura Reservoir.
There is plenty of free street parking both in front of and behind The Evanston. You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee, Evans Plunge, Moccasin Springs, and more.
